Back on the Course
Hey everyone!
I hope this finds you well and enjoying the summer. It's been a challenging few months, but I'm happy to share that I'm back in action after recovering from the broken foot. The journey to get here has been full of ups and downs, but I'm feeling stronger and healthier every day.
After getting the green light from my doctors, I hit the ground running (or should I say swinging?). I kicked off my return with a week in Oklahoma, where I focused on getting back into the rhythm of competition. It felt great to be back on the course, accompanied by none other than my incredible mom. Her support and presence on the course meant the world to me and helped ease me back into tournament play.
From there, I spent two weeks in Illinois. Each round brought me closer to where I want to be, and I am seeing some results from all the hard work. The company was great with having Alex and mom splitting time on the bag.
There was a break from competition during the 4th of July, and I got to show Alex my favorite holiday in my favorite place - Lake Toxaway! It was so nice to spend a few days in the mountains and reconnecting with the community.
Next up was the Georgia Open. Alex was caddying, and the course was beautiful. If you get the chance to play Currahee Golf Course, take it! The overall competition was a great experience and things are continuing to move in a great direction.
And now, I find myself in the Lone Star State, soaking in the warm Texas sun while competing on the Annika All Pro Tour. Every tournament, all the traveling —it's all part of the process as I prepare for Qualifying School at the end of next month. The goal is clear: to earn my spot and continue pursuing my dream at the highest level.
But before Q-School, there's one more fun event on the calendar: the season finale of the Annika All Pro Tour which will be held in Wichita, Kansas.
I know I say this every time, but I cannot express how blessed I feel to be living my dream job. None of this would be possible without the incredible support of my family, friends, and fans. Your prayers and encouragement have carried me through the toughest moments, and for that, I am deeply grateful.
As I continue on this journey, I am filled with joy and determination. The road back to competition has been a challenging one, but God has remained so faithful.
Thank you all for being a part of this adventure with me. Your support means the world, and I look forward to sharing more updates and successes with you soon!
Thanks for the update!! Keep up the great work and determination!!! Aunt Fran
